Mail Merge Printing Issue

Hi,

I'm hoping someone can help please?

I've setup a mailmerge from an access 2010 DB into a MS Word Doc 2010. I've added the placeholders and linked them to the appropriate query. I'm using VBA to open the Word Doc and print it. All this is fine!

This issue I have is that where I have placed the placeholders, the document printed still has the block colour of the placeholder around the mailmerged text. How do I get rid of this please? :banghead:
