i am doing my AS level IT project and need some help. i am completing a new system for a snooker club which teaches members how to play. there are beginners, amateurs, proffesionals and there is a test, to get from one stage such as beginner to amatuer the member needs to complete 25 lessons. This contines until they have their test after 75 lessons. i want there to be a warning of some sort to tell the club that a certain member has had their 25 lessons and can move up to the next level, then i would like there to be a mail merge that will send out letters to the member telling them that they are about to move up to the next level at the club.
