Hi Guys,
I have tried search the forum but i couldnt find what i wanted
I am doing a project for my A-Level computing.
on my front page put a button so when users are click on that button firstly ask for Candidate Number, Then Center Number and aafter all ask for Subject refrenece code untill here i had no problem i made it with query, then i tried to make a report with this quary and that was easy as well but what i want to do is change my report to a letter with all the information i used in my report for example:

Dear [Candidate Name], you were enter for remarking from [Center Number] for [Subject R.C]
Your've recived this letter from United Kingdom Awarding Body.
Your Mark was [Mark] and your grade was [Grade] after remaking your paper ,the following changes take place in your marks
Remark mark= [ReMark]
ReMark Grade= [ReGrade]

when [Candidate Name], [Center Number] etc are in my report


i could to it easily with Report as normal report but i couldnt change it to something like letter.

I appreciate any help you offer me

Post a picture of how you would like the layout of your report to look like

You mean something like a plan or a layout

It really doesnt matter how my layout is.
I'm just looking for a way to do this

Can you explain are you asking for?

Have you created report?
Do you have ready the report and you need to export to Word?
Can you send attachement what you have done for the moment?

All right
I've already created the queries and reports
when user clicks on the report icon a message box ask him/her to input some information like name, candidate number and etc and then it looks into my table and collect those information and set it as a report but i want my report to be something like letter as stated above
My project at the moment is 5 megabyte i cant attach it sorry

Create a new database including only your report and record source of your report, make it zip file and post it.

If your database is 5mb and you're still building it, try compacting it.
