Mailing Labels - centering?

Hello group,

I am currently creating a mailing label report, but am having trouble with the label size.

Is there a way to, after clearing blank lines, vertically align the label to center?

There are only a dozen addresses that are really long (ones that actually have data in fields Street4 and Street5). As a result of those few, all of my labels look as if the vertical alignment is set to "top" (lots of blank space at the bottom).

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Not sure if I totally follow you

But, If you go into the report with the labels and select design view you can then select and center which ever line on the label you wish.

Hey Dave - thanks for answering!

What I'm getting at is that my mailing labels look as if they're aligned to the top of the detail section. So, if one address has a few blank lines, it will look as if I didn't vertically center it properly, like this:

Mr. Joe Blow____Mrs. Jane Doe
1 First Street___Big Company Inc
City, Province___Division
PCODE_________1 First Ave
______________City, Province
______________PCODE

What I'd rather see is:

_____________Mrs. Jane Doe
Mr. Joe Blow___Big Company Inc
1 First Street__Division
City, Province__1 First Ave
PCODE________City, Province
______________PCODE

(Joe Blow's part is now centered vertically by the detail section)
(Sorry for the underlines - wasn't sure how to create spaces here)

Is there any way to do this?
