Mailing labels will not show (###) ###_####

in my table the phone number is a text with an input mask for phone numbers.
What should my format be?

you have to put the same input mask in the report control...

I need a line
(H. (###) ###-#### W.(###) ###-#### )
on my label. I can format it with an input mask only if one number alone is on a line of the label will not work if I put H. W. etc. or if I put two controls on a line.

1. Create the two formatted phone number fields (with the input mask), set their Visible property to No. Name them whatever, for this example I called them home_tel and work_tel

2. Create a new field which would have a source that would look something like this:

="H. " & [home_tel]& "W. " & [work_tel]
