make a report from data in the form.

I have a from that loads student information, like name adress and other contact info. And then I have a subform of all of the cources that the student have taken and if the student has passed them or not. I would like to have a button, that on click event would load the information on the form and sub form and load it in the report by date. The issue I am having is I cannot get the button to load the data from the form on to the report.

Presuming that the form and subform are bound to tables, you can simply base a report/subreport on the same tables. When you open the report, pass the key field in the wherecondition argument of OpenReport and the report should be restricted to that record.
