make advanced post editor default for new users

I know it is only one click away but so many times new users (even old ones) don't use the code/quote tags when posting until responders ask them to.

Since the site is often about posting code, wouldn't it make sense to put it where they can see it?

John Big Booty has written a STICKY about using Code tags. Unfortunately not many users see them.

I have bookmarked them, so I just point them to that thread.
