manipulate mp3 files with vba in microsoft access 2013

is there some way to get - with vba in microsoft access - mp3 files properties and do change like change the album name?

I looked into this issue here: "How to Retrieve Extended File Properties". This post would only be a beginning, not a solution. I abandoned working on it.
