first off, this forum was a huge help for me this summer during my internship, and now it seems the access skills I have gained are boiling over to my jobs at my university! Any help would be appreciated, also feel free to ask questions if something is not understood.
I am currently using a database that matches field to field to identify if people have Signed a legal document to be allowed to participate in intramural sports. Currently I am just using the function that access provides for matching fields in two different tables and returning any rows that do not match another field. I would like to ammend this so it does not have to match exactly, as after typing in 1500 names we are bound to misspell names or have people use proper names instead of nick names etc. Is there a way to quickly adjust the code so it does not have to be as accurate? Appreciate it.
