Maximize Access window on startup?

Can the access window be forced to be maximized or to have a minimum size on startup?

I do not mean the forms, but the Access window itself.

I find that people is having problems when they use my database and the access screen is relatively small (1/3 the area or so) when compared to the total size of the screen. The forms are maximizing on load and cannot be minimized, so they take up the entire access window, but when the listboxes are filled, the form moves up and the user can't get to the controls above.

You could use

Access.RunCommand acCmdAppMaximize

Hi,

it can be done, if you look at my splash screen program, it does exactly that. in fact it goes one further and doesnt show the application window at all not even when starting up. The first thing you see is a splash screen which is actually a form.

i guess you are talking about that?
