mdf to mdb tool please

Is there a tool to convert mdf to mdb

I have a MDF file that i want in my database

If you are referring to the MDF files that you can create from SQL server express 2005, there isn't really a conversion tool, you can install SQL Server Express from MS for free then do the conversion yourself by running queries to pull the data from the MDF to the MDB. Keep in mind that MDF files can store twice as much data as an MDB so if your MDF file is over 2GB you won't be able to put all the data into a single MDB.
