Any advice if you have a username/password system and those details have been mislayed as well as the .mdw file?

don't really know if that's capable.. the only thing you can do is try importing all the tables queries etc. into a new database under a new mdw... you would have to recreate the user file in the mdw.. but it's better than loosing everything..

You will have to pay to have somebody break the MDW security. Search around this site for there are posts discussing sites that offer their services for a fee.
