Menu bar + hide my db

How can i create a menu bar and hide my database in order the users enter the forms from the menu bar?

not sure i totaly understand you.
but ill have a go.

to hide the database - if you mean the database window, go to tools > startup> untick Display database window. Restart database.

as for tool bars right click on space in existing tool bar, > customize,> New > name it > drag menu options you want into the toolbar.
then hide any tool bars you dont want visable by unticking them.
then go To startup as before and untick allowtoolbar/menu changes. (and maybe othe options in startup you want, you can set it to open a particular form if you want etc...
