Menu gone !

I should know this but...

My menu bar is gone and I can't get it back. Every thing is checked correctly in the startup options. No matter what database I open the menus are gone.. ?!?

You need to run some code which is the opposite to Hide the Menus.

If this does not prompt you I will search for the correct code.

I was thinking something more complicated but this should do the trick.

DoCmd.ShowToolbar "Menu Bar", acToolbarYes

Hmmm. Did you try holding down shift when you open the database?
