Merging Data

Hi,

I have a Excell Spreadsheet. In the "A" Collumn I have Last names, and in the "B" Collumn I have First Names. I Know that there is a formula to merge them in to one collumn in the Format

Lastname, First Name


How do I do that?

Please help as soon as possible, Need to get this fixed within the hour if I can.
