Simple test to find out for yourself.
Step 1. Re-install Office/Access. Very early in the process, it asks if you want to refresh the installation or install a new feature (plus a couple of other options). Choose to install a new feature. This gets you to the custom-install dialog.
In that dialog, look for the conversion wizards. Drill down until you can't drill down any more. If there are no conversion wizards for Money, you cannot use that method.
Step 2. Open any page to a code module, doesn't matter whether it is a general or a class module. On the code page, follow menu Tools >> References and open the complex dialog box. Scroll through that looking for a potential reference to Money. If you find it, check it. (It also implies that Money's HELP should have a programming component so you can see about its Automation or ActiveX interface.)
Failing both steps, the answer is NO.
