I have Access 2016, and so far I have seen features to migrate my db to a sharepoint site (which I don't have) or into a HTML page. I tried the html page option, but it only exports my tables, not my queries or forms.

Has anyone successfully migrated their db online and if so, what do you use? I do have a free microsoft account but how can I get a free sharepoint site, I think I have to pay for it, but shouldn't it be free if I already have Access? I would like to migrate my access db to wordpress as the outcome. thanks in advance.

For WordPress you probably need PHP and MySQL.

But from the nature of your post I think you should consider Google spreadsheets and possibly Google forms.

Isn't Google forms too simple? The form in my access db is made up of cascading combo boxes where one filters upon the selection of the one before it and generates a report in a pdf by searching and retrieving records. I was under the impression Google Forms is more simplistic, like if you needed to record user feedback. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Not sure what you can do with SharePoint maybe others with experience with it can advise you.

Google would be the quick and easy option however if you want more power then you will probably need to go with PHP and MySQL as I suggested.

There's an online course on safari Books by infinite skills showing you how to create a database online with PHP and MySQL see this link:-
