Missing References (cant find project or library)

Hi,
I seem to have a missing reference as I am getting an error message says 'Cant find project or library', when I try to run some code.

I've used Help and I have established that the missing reference is Microsoft Office XP Components (because in the Reference dialog box this says MISSING next to it).

However I am now strugling to resolve this reference with the instructions in Help;
It says display the References Dialog Box; Select the missing reference; use the Browse dialog box to find the missing reference and click OK.

I have done all the above but the reference still says it is missing, and I am still getting the error message. Can anyone offer any advice on what to do to resolve this?

well i cant. ive been looking everywhere and all i can find is Rich repeatedly writing 'search the archives' 'search the archives' etc for some magic article explaining references.

Please provide a link because i have been searching for an hour and can find nothing...

still cant fix my problem (see other post - just search for References) but hopefully now heading in the right direction..
