I know this is old. In April 2014, Cirtix announced a new range of products.
They have one that works for all versions of smart phone using the ICA client.
This means the full Access could be used if scaled down to size.
They are also suppose to release a small-business license.
Regretfully, my regular consulting business deliveries grew so quicky, there won't be time for me to download, set tihs up and test it.
I do use Citrix to distribute a front-end Access with a SQL Server back-end nationally. As each user logs into Citrix, they get thier own copy of the front end during the session. It would just seem that the user richness interface would be welcome on smartphones delivered with a very, very low bandwith requirement.
