Model access app (1 Viewer)

Hi All
I need some solution if someone can uggest me some help.
Basically what i need is that when you open ms access database app it will cover all the screen or hide windows start button and taskbar.
the reason is that it will be installed on computers where user will use the pc but will not be allowed to use any of the pc or open any programs like outlook etc. they should only be in the access database app and there will be links on the form to open few things like internet browser etc.
essentially it would be a similar to what internet cafes use on their interface and users can access only certain things.

i will really appropriate if someone can help me with some idea.

Thanks for the reply., I followed the link and the info there is for Microsoft Windows 98 or Microsoft Windows NT 4. but i am using windows 8.
i did however tried to implement the article but it didnt work, i guess because im runing win8.
so is trhat any more suggestions/ideas?

afraid not - I found that link by googling - suggest you do the same - something like 'win8 vba hide taskbar'
