These are all the same. I have checked them already (and did it again just now).
Every thing works fine @ Rich and I get the errors. Are there any libraries (accept the ones in the text) which 2000 doesn't have and 97 does?

Having carried out the changes in my previous comment the commission query works fine!

To do the changes:

1/ Go into relationships and delete the 4 links between the tables INDIVIDUAL POLICY HOLDERS and PRODUCTS COMPLETE
2/ Go into design view of PRODUCTS COMPLETE
3/ Change the field type of UNITS to text (at present it is Number)
4/ Go back to the relationships table and relink the tables.

You are right, it is working now. I checked the links in the wrong database (I think I have about zeven copies of this thing now).
