Mouse over

Hi im new to VBA and have a quick question how do you use a mouse over effect?
this is what i want to do:

on mouse over(over a CMD button) it will change the value of a label that i've created.

I can change the values anbd everything myself just can't figure out how to code for the mouse over.

I don't know what mouse over event is. Maybe what you are refering to is On Mouse Move event. This event is only available for free standing labels and not for controls.

it is available on text boxes, buttons etc. for example
Private Sub Command0_MouseMove(Button As Integer, Shift As Integer, X As Single, Y As Single)
Me!Text0.BackColor = 1974
me!text0.value=MyVar
End Sub

on moving the mouse over the box the above 2 events ( background colour and value ) will occur
