an accdr file behaves in the same way it would for someone with only runtime access and not the full version - primarily used for development purposes since it can easily be renamed back by a user if they have the full version.

runtime access is a stripped down version and among other things does not include the navigation pane, ribbon or shortcut menus (right click). If you require these features, you need to write your own.

Thanks for the reply.. but the problem is i am not very smart in access so this is going over my head.. any easy option if any only i need HYPERLINK

in the second link I provided, arnelgp suggested a solution for something similar - basically create a button and put some code there. Will be the only way if you don't want to create your own shortcut menu.

At some point, you are going to have to learn to swim:) - so dive in and try it
