Question Move (Focus) from one form to another

Hi I have a mainform with 2 forms (form1 & Form2)I inserted using a drag & drop on design.

after entering some data in my main form, it will go to my "form1".. and that is no problem at all... but after entering data into my "form1" I want the tab or the focus to be set in my "form2"... please help.. I've been searching for hours but I cant find any solution...

If you use the last field that is edited in Form1 and use the After_Update event or On_Exit event of that field to set the focus on Form2 ie
Forms!Form2.field1.SetFocus replacing Form2 and field1 with correct names

Thank you for your reply.. but still not working...I really dont know whats wrong with my forms...

If Form2 is a sub form, then the reference to a field on a sub form from another form can be a little long winded. Do you get any vb errors.
Could try zipping & posting your database
