I have a form in MS access 97 contains a number of text fields and records about projects types, and i have a number of MS Word document or files contains information about each project saved in C:\.
I need to display each MS word document in a big text field seperately in a form (in MS Access) based on user choice of record.

Under these text fields, I need a "detail button" to show more information about a project, this information comes from MS word file.
For example, if a user display record 2, and click "detail button", it should display another form with a big text field contains details about record 2 and about that particular project. These details come from MS Word file that belongs to record2 or to that particular project

Some of Projects information comes from tables in ms access and are displayed in text fields and other details have to come from MS Word files and placed in big text fields in forms.
I get Ms Word files from different sources (people) and there are big files and its changing. I mean, next day user can edit that MS word file and the changes need to be reflected in Access.


How can i do that??
Any idea is appreciated.
I need help ASAP.
