Hello Everyone,

I have run into a screen-sizing problem with MS Access. Recently, an MS access database tool was released to users, but a sizing issue came up as a concern that stopped the deployment's progress.

On my end of the screen, the file opens up perfectly (Screen sizing is good, plus the layout) and operates smoothly. But to the other three associates on the team, when they open the Access Tool, the forms look way out of proportionate and too large on their end.
- I have checked the Fit-to-Screen tab to yes, as other forums have said, but that still didn't solve the issue.

Can this be resolved so other associates on the team can see the same type of screen size and layout? I am having trouble figuring this concern out.

Any help is appreciated! Thank you

The normal recommendation is to design your forms using the lowest screen resolution on which the users might use it. You can then use other techniques to expand or auto resize the forms to occupy larger screen sizes. It's harder to shrink a form than to expand it.
