Hi,
I am developing a simple database to improve the effeciency of a client's job.
Anyway I decided that the greatest level of effeciency can be acheived by allowing a "secretary" to update a calendar of a sales orientated person, who can then access that calendar on the move.
I was going to allow the secretary to send an email via access to the sales person but the preferred choice is to update a google calendar with the date/time/location and information of the next appointment.
How easily can this be achieved? I can read VB and pretty savvy with Access however I wouldn't go so far to say I am anywhere near Expert level.
