MS Certification

Not sure if this is the area to ask the question, but what is the best or recommended Certification to pursue for MS Access so that I can add credibility to my work and improve my skills?

Well, there isn't much. You can get an MCAS (Microsoft Certified Application Specialist) certification for Access, (formerly MOUS).

But you can also go with a third party type (still not that great) like Brainbench.com. I've got several of those. There aren't very many options for Access.
