Can you put text on a new line in a message box

so it appears the record you are about to view is
number 1

Any ideas

Are you talking about a carraige return/line feed in a string?
If so, then you want the vbCrLf constant..

MsgBox("This is a test..." & vbCrLf & "Press OK To Continue")
