Multi-entry Parameter

Simple query.
Field: CompID

In a query - drop the field to grid.
Criteria line - [Enter a CompID]
Works great when user enters ONE CompID.

What I would like, is for the user to be able to enter 1,2 or 3 CompIDs as the criteria.

How do I do this?
