Multi-Search combo box?

Hi all
I currently have a combobox search button that can look up entries by last name and then generate a form based on the name selection.

Is it possible that when the user begins entry, it can search by any part of the entire name? First name or Last name?

Yes it probably would but it would be better not to do so
Far better to have 2 search boxes - last name & first name

If you want each of these could allow searching based on whatever has already been typed e.g. SMI finds SMITH, SMITHERS, SMITHSON etc

There are plenty of examples of that sort of 'search as you go' comboboxes elsewhere in this forum and at Allen Browne's website. A quick search should get what you want

I would recommend that you don't use any part of the name as it could get complicated to code
