Multi User database

Hi,

I have this access application which is ready to go and will be used by multiple users sharing a common server - Right now I have the backend and the front end on the common drive. I copy the front end from the common drive to every user's trusted location and create a shortcut on their desktop.

the issue with this is that I have to go and do this process everytime I make some changes in the original front end.

is there a way out of this? Also, I heard something about using bat file :S but i have no clue about it

I just write little exe files, though I've also done it with Access files. Here's another way:
