i am looking for an outlook style planner in Ms Access for a booking sytem i am trying to put together, can anyone point me in the right direction of how best to tackle this please.

I have scoured the net for samples, and have come back to the most helpful place on the net for more assistance on where to go with this...

What i am looking to do is to set up something like this..

Option 1, something like this......

Option 2, use the Calendar within Outlook from Access,

Someone has suggested using the outlook calendar itself through Access, i have had aplay and have managed to sort it so that i can see the inbox of outlook, but cant work out how to see the calendar instead.....

i am assuming it can be done....



how hard would it be to do?

Can anyone help me....

If you are considering using Outlook or Exchange in your solution, check out Sue Mosher's website. Her book "Microsoft Outlook Programming" is an awesome resource.

i can see the inbox of outlook, but cant work out how to see the calendar instead.....

You can LINK Access to any folder's table in Outlook, but not always with the expected results. ie...not all fields available or some fields not editable.
