I have just started a new job in Italy!! One of my projects is to create a database for the companies infomation. I have never used Access, and its in Italian, i have zero italian and im finding it difficult to start. Does any one know how do i activate Multilingual User Interface and does it come with all Microsoft Office software...does it have to be installed or is it installed automatically

Sorry for asking - but if you don't do access - or Italian - who hired you to do access in Italian in Italy?

Is this a new way of outsourcing?

Funny....NOT

ha ha

Well the truth is....im a 3rd year college student and i have two projects to complete. The other one is why i applied for the job because it is linked to my final year project!! And then they decided to spring this database on me!!The database has to be in italian and english, i know its stupid asking someone to create something they havent a clue about!!Once i get the god dam access into english i will manage!!

Sorry for asking - but if you don't do access - or Italian - who hired you to do access in Italian in Italy?

Miltilingual Sample

You have a big project ahead of you. Have fun!

Look at the attached Sample DB and see if you like it. It holds a table that can be populated with all the fields you need within the database. Then in the initial screen you select what language you want to display it in. I don't know if it will help you, but give it a look. At least it can wake up your creativity. :)

(This Sample is a bit better than the one I posted earlier!) :)
