Multiple pages in report? (1 Viewer)

Hi

I am using Microsoft Access '97 and I need to generate a report that will be several pages long. I know how to add page breaks, but the report footer will only allow me to put so much info in - about 2 pages worth - the report is going to be quite a lot more than that.

I tried using the "tab" page thing that you can use in forms, but although it seems to let you put the pages in as tabs on the report, when you press "preview", it only shows the first page...

Any ideas??

I have the same problem. Put your data in as subreports, they take up very little space on the main report design page. They almost work like placeholders - the eventual printout will look fine, but on the design page, you'll only have this little box for your subreport.
