Multiple Query Display of total Sum on a Form

I had added a mockup of what I am trying to do on a form. It is in excel only for the mockup. I am trying to do this on a ms access form.

Trying to get more than one sub totals to display on a form.

Hope someone can walk me through this.

Splitting a form into 3 columns is not a 'natural' for an access form but there are ways. There was a thread recently asking a similar question (but without buttons), can't remember the thread title but perhaps someone else can.

really need to understand your data structure as it is not at all apparent from your description. It sounds like your form is unbound and using multiple dlookups which is a really bad way to go. Access is not excel.
