hi,
I struggling with 2 issues:
1. let say I have 2 tables 1 is for items and 1 is for documents that need to be done for this item.
how can I make a form that allows me to select a few documents in one click?
meaning the table will look like this:

item name document name
A grafh
A clip
A article

can I make something like the attachment file?

2. is there a possibilty to adjust the forms to any resoultion I want for any computer? auto resolution?

I'm not sure I'm following, but your png looks like 2 list boxes.
If you want to move 1 via Select and click>, or move several by select and >>

If I have misunderstood, please try to focus your question -even with examples.


For your items and RequiredDocuments question, I would suggest 3 tables

One---------->Many<---------------------One
Items-->ItemRequiresDocument<---Documents
