multiple tables

Hello all,

I have a big problem and I'm newbie in Access but this is the only tool that we can use.
I need to make a small application in which i need two tables. table 1 and 2
In order to input some data i will make a form in table 1 i will input user data and in table2 i already have some data but this data i need to put also in table1 for each user. Also when i select first field from table2 all the rest of fields to complete automatically. I'm thinking that i need some relations nut i'm lack of experience.

Can you be a little more specific as to what type of data is in both tables and how the data is related? Also, can you provide the names of the fields in both tables? That should help us get a better understanding of what you have and what you want to do.

Since they are forcing this tool on you, are they providing training as well? Might be something to bring up.
