Help?
Did you ever find the answer to this. I'm having the same problem. For me, it's occurring on one computer in a networked environment. Several computers use the same database and it's worked fine for ages. The color problem occurred for me when we got some new, used computers. The one user with the problem is the only one who has it. I think it may have to do with some sort of windows and/or XP color scheme setting, but I can't figure out which one.
The reports are all set to a white background and look white on all the other computers. Just this one has a different appearance and I haven't been able to determine the setting. When I took the computer that was doing this and imported all the settings from that computer to another computer, same result, screwed up color (grey background) on reports set to white. I had another issue (no balloons popping up with track changes info), but managed to fix that by doing the import minus MS Office settings. Apparently something was corrupt or wrong there.
Any ideas?
