Navigation Buttons

Hey all, not sure if this can be done but worth a shot.

Currently, the navigation buttons on my form go to the record based on the record ID. Is there anyway to change the order of the records it navigates to?

Ideally I'd like to have it sorted like this;

Date 01/01/14 Customer A
Date 01/01/14 Customer B
Date 02/01/14 Customer B
Date 02/01/14 Customer C

Much like a query but I'm not sure how to do this.

Any ideas?

Change the RecordSource of the Query that the Form is bound to.

you need to go to the form that is opened by your navigation form and modify the recordsource to be sorted by date and customer
