I agree with all the experts, if your willing to pay you must expect to pay the going rate for the level of expertise the experts are providing. If you really want to learn how to use access then step up to the plate and do the work yourself and if you get stuck ask for some help and the experts will point you in the right direction. I know because I've had lots of help in that respect and I've gotten much better using Access doing so. If you able to work out how long it will take to write the code you want, then do it yourself. Paying someone to do the work doesn't give you the knowledge you may need at some later stage. Treat the experts with respect and a whole new world opens up to you.
