Hi, everyone. In preparation for my annual review (still a few months away), I'd like to come up with some questions for a survey that can be filled out by the end users of the datbases I've created in order to gauge their satisfaction with both the databases and my performance. My relationship with these users is very open, but I'm sure that having numbers and (anonymous) comments will speak louder than words for my review.
Can you help with brainstorming some questions that would be valuable in this process?

- Documentation for end-users
- Functionality (does it do what you want it to do?)
- Savings (time & money) as a result of database(s)
- Problems resolved in a timely manner
