Need help - Urgent

I wanted to build a macro doing the following activity on the ms excel sheet.

start->pause->resume->pauseagain->resumeagain->finish

I urgently required the code, if anybody can help me in this that would be thankful,

To "Pause" the code, you can use Wait method.

Thanks for the reply pr2-eugin,

But i wanted to pause the time not the macro.
I want a start button on which this macro will work, if u can share any codes in which i can start the time and subtract the pause time that would be great.
