i have managed to automate all my work now, instead of manualy pasting all my work i now know how to use the formulars properly.

it has cut my work load down by 80% and i am now moving on to relashion databases instead of using my spreadsheet as much

were before if i made a vlookup formular i had to go throught each row and change the row number after pasting, now when i do it theres no need

i have named all my areas with in my database which was defintley were i was going wrong

vlookup;a2;a2;aa6500;25;1 now becomes vlookup;a2;arraya,25,1
with out having to change the red figure every row

again i thankyou, sometimes one some one takes the time to explain things it can make the world of difference
