I've worked on this with Bob Larson before and I really hope he's around to take another look at this. There is a parameter query for dates (XX/XX/XXXX) that select a fortnight range to generate a report. It has worked before... now it's not working. Also, the form that generates the data is not working also. What has happened to this thing? Please take a look. I am really perplexed! Thanks for your time.

Okay,
1. I moved the time entry from the ENTER events to DblClick event. The enter event was causing data to be changed whenever you navigated to a new record as the field was entered each time after the first one was entered.
2. You had a COMPLETELY null record (for Roger) so there was no date for either in or out which was causing the query meltdown.
You should check in the form's BEFORE UPDATE event that EITHER the date in or date out field is populated or else cancel the update and undo the record (by selecting the person, the form is dirtied and will update the table even if there is no time selected because the person has been selected).
