Need to add a column that would calculate percentage

Does anyone know how to add a column to an existing table that would calculate percentage?

You should not store calcualtions in a Tables, but instead use Queries to obtain your data. Can you give us more detail on your table structure and what you are trying to accomplish?

how do I use query to do that?
I have 3 columns, 1 with YTD 2005 total sales number second with YTD 2006 and third with Variance between 2 years and I need to calculate growth.
