I have a query i want to run on the fly from a button. what it is supposed to do is grab whatever value is in the field at the time and put it in the query. I seem to have a problem though. access is telling me that the query does not understand the path i am giving it to get to the text box. i am using [forms]![frmquickqoutemat_sub]![txtqtb_compitemid] this is the name of the form and the name of the text box. can anyone help me please.
