As some of you know I have Access 95 and it is running on Windows XP. One of the difficulties this causes is that importing does not work for forms. Another problem can ocur when making a form or altering a form.

Do you think there would be any problems with having a computer that has Windows 98 being linked to other computers with Win XP. The two computers with Win XP are linked by both cable and wireless. Or would I better off getting an external CD burner for the computer with Win 98.

I only want transfer the data base to the Win 98 computer and do whatever has to be done and then send the data base back to the other computers.

Because upgrading to 2003 would take some time and thus will not solve any immediate problems.

You don't have any code, so what would you have to convert?

I know there are problems converting to A97 and also to A2000 and it is the macros. In fact when A97 came out I bought a copy and ran into problems and that was when this data base was quite a bit smaller.

I have code that is attached to about 60 labels although it is all basically the same in that it opens a specific Word.doc, then a lot of RunMacos that copy a field in Access and then EditGoTo for Bookmarks in Word and paste.
