I am a moderately experienced user of Access. Have built several databases over the course of 19 years that incorporate switchboards, queries, forms, and reports, but rely on built-in functions rather than VBA (never needed to learn it). I'm aware that imbedded VBA procedures are run when using command buttons to execute OnClick events, but I've never written VBA code. Most of my experience is using flat databases; very little need for relational structure, although I can relate tables if the need arises. I enjoy the challenge of solving sometimes complex problems to get meaningful results. This is my first experience using a forum.
