I am retired from the US Army where I served as a programmer/analyst retireing in 1975. In civilian life I worked as a programmer for a few years then became a project manager and later became a Group Manager. Since retirement I have continued to write self-interest programs using Microsfot Access and VBA.
I was born in Kinston, NC (1935) and am now living in Suffolk, VA. I am married with 2 children, 1 grandchild (son), and 2 great grandchildren. My hobbies are: golf, programming, and biblical studies. I look forward to being a member of your Access World Form. Thanks to all for allowing me to become a member.

Hi jdeaver, it’s nice to see that I’m not the only old guy out here interested in programming. I am also retired. I was a wastewater treatment manager and am developing software related to the business. I have been working on it for over a year and only hope I live long enough to finish it.
I see that you have zero replies (welcomes) to your membership. I guess no one wants to talk to us old guys. Well welcome. Any way my wife’s just walked in and is telling me that I better get out and plow the drive. Talk to you later.
